"Flexuous (aka Ian Stanford) likes to come out with interesting pieces of music that are not conforming to any preset ideas or even trends of the moment and he also likes the idea of making something that will remain in the listeners head for more than 5 minutes. For me, with this newest project, he has done exactly that – electronic enough to be ‘twisted’ and yet warm enough to keep the right kind of vibe going, I like this cheeky little number!"
David Colkett, Sound Barrier/Discoid (Italy).

"I really loved the 'New Truth' track...it has a nice sophisticated deep groove with a nice modern edge...great production....also the track called 'Keep Quiet' is really nice....i would love to be able to play these kinda trax all the time but im always playin quite late so would be hard to fit in...but nevertheless its a great soundin record with a fat bass that i would be happy to drop at the right time of nite...great work. "
Phil K, Audio Therapy/Y4k/Balance (AUS).

"Three-track EP worthy of mention thanks to 'Your Future', which is as oddball as the other tracks, but perhaps marginally more dancefloor-friendly. This is not to say they're not dance tunes, but they do take odd swerves at strange junctures, which makes them more interesting but harder to programme. 'Your Future' wins out because of its drive, its persuasive one-note bassline, pulsing pads and rattling metallic hi-hats. 3/5."
Bill Brewster, M8 Magazine (UK).

"The 'New Truth' EP features 3 unique tracks that stand out from the multitude of records that are routinely being churned out by the majority of independent record labels today. What strikes the listener the most is the level of detail in the production, the varied arrangements, and the musicianship behind the work. Flexuous brings an undeniable groove & funk to each track, and combines this with subtle but memorable synth hooks - making this EP an absolute joy to listen to."

"'New Truth' rocks - seriously funked-up groovy breaks. 'Your Future' is
summery and uplifting too, works well on the dancefloor."
Chris Salt, Silver Planet/Kickin Records/Proton Radio/EMI/Release Records (UK).

Omid 16B, Sex On Wax/Disclosure/Alola (UK).

Marc Hughes, Ministry Of Sound (UK).

"Loving the deep dubby house sound of all three mixes, quality deep house funk."
Timo Garcia, Berwick Street Records (UK).

"My fave track is 'New Truth'. It's not really arranged or written as a dance floor track
but I like it and will play either at the very beginning or end of some sets."
Mazi, Gourmet Recordings (USA).

"...standout track for me is the 6th release by Flexous called NEW TRUTH.
Love it to bits, real class funky outfit. Keep up the great work."
Demi, Deeper Substance (UK).

"'New Truth' is the one here for me. I wasn't really sure about the chopped vox,
but the backing track just sounds great out. Fat electro stylings. Excellent."
Cass, Sabotage Systems/Fine/Wall Of Sound (UK).

"I've been charting/ hammering 'Your Future' since mid-July & getting great response.
Looking forward to bringing 'New Truth' to the floors soon as well!"
